1-on-1 Personal Training Session - 60 Minutes
During this one-on-one personal training session, Chris will carefully plan your training sessions to help you achieve the specific goals discussed during your initial assessment (whether it’s climbing a big mountain, building strength, or losing weight), as well as to improve your overall health and wellness and correct any postural distortions, movement impairments, or muscle imbalances. Feel free to show up 5-10 minutes early to get warmed up and maximize your session with Chris.
Customized Training Plans
Reaching your fitness or athletic goals may require more than working hard in the gym 2-3 times a week (though that will certainly help!). If you’re committed to making your dreams a reality and want to train on your own time, need to engage in sport-specific exercise modalities to reach your goal, or simply prefer the outdoors to the gym, Iain will write you a customized training plan tailored to your specific goals.
