Fitness programming is available in our gym space with our Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Functional Strength Coach, Iain Kuo. If you are a current chiropractic patient at our clinic, Dr. Laura & Dr. Tyler will provide valuable input on your specific training needs!
1-on-1 Personal Training Session - 60 Minutes
During this one-on-one personal training session, Iain will carefully plan your training sessions to help you achieve the specific goals discussed during your initial assessment (whether it’s climbing a big mountain, building strength, or losing weight), as well as to improve your overall health and wellness and correct any postural distortions, movement impairments, or muscle imbalances. Feel free to show up 5-10 minutes early to get warmed up and maximize your session with Iain.
$110 - 60 minutes of one-on-one training

Reaching your fitness or athletic goals may require more than working hard in the gym 2-3 times a week (though that will certainly help!). If you’re committed to making your dreams a reality and want to train on your own time, need to engage in sport-specific exercise modalities to reach your goal, or simply prefer the outdoors to the gym, Iain will write you a customized training plan tailored to your specific goals.
