CHRIS PETERSON, CPT

Chris Peterson is a dedicated personal trainer with over 17 years of experience helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.  He is committed to empowering his clients to not only improve their physical fitness, but to also enjoy their body and the time they spend in it.  

 

From personal experience, we can say it is incredibly fun to train with him, and his sweet smile may occasionally have a hint of devilishness in it.  He competes and coaches in powerlifting, but he loves to work with all types of new and experienced clients.

His journey into the fitness industry began in 2006, when he realized the profound impact that exercise had on his own mental and physical health. His training philosophy is centered around the idea that fitness should be enjoyable and sustainable. 

He believes that every individual has the potential to lead a healthier and happier life, and that exercise can be a fun and rewarding way to achieve that goal. Whether you are looking to tone up, build strength, or simply feel more confident and energized, he is here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Chris Peterson is an incredible coach. He is so much fun to train with his witty sense of humor and punny shirts. He taught me the basics of lifting after years of being an Orange Theory cardio bunny. He helped me find my love for powerlifting and has helped me perfect my form and increase my strength. My favorite part of training with him is the motivational push and belief in me that I may sometimes lack.
