|We’re Adding a Gym Space!|
In order to offer even more comprehensive services to our patients, we are upgrading our Jackson office space with professional gym equipment! This will serve as an exercise and rehab area available to all of our clients. The front area of the office will hold the new gym space, while chiropractic visits will eventually transition into the private rooms in the back.This new gym space is where personal training will happen starting this fall! Please bear with us as we do some internal rearranging over the coming weeks, but not to worry – changes to the front of our office area will not disrupt your chiropractic visits in any way.
|Personal Training Services Coming Soon in Our New Gym!|
We’re excited to announce that starting this autumn, we’ll be extending our health and wellness services to include personal training! Our new employee Iain will be offering strength and fitness coaching from an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, available through both one-on-one personalized sessions and small group classes in our new gym space at the Jackson office. You’ll be able to book these sessions online through our website, just like your chiropractic visits, or by calling our office.
Iain has spent the past five years training year-round as a mountain athlete, pursuing objectives both at home in the Tetons and abroad. He has skied from the top of the Grand Teton (twice), Mount Rainier, and Denali, and summitted 6,000+ meter peaks in the Himalaya. He loves skiing, hiking, running, and rock climbing, and knows what it takes to accomplish long-term goals, as well as the aches and pains of constant physical activity. Iain will be here to not only help you rehab any injuries or existing issues, but also to offer personalized strength and fitness programming for achieving all of your outdoors & backcountry objectives!
