Iain (pronounced “ian”) is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Certified Functional Strength Coach. Iain loves working with clients as a personal trainer and rehab specialist in the gym in our Jackson office!
Iain has spent the past five years training year-round in Jackson Hole as a mountain athlete, pursuing objectives both at home in the Tetons and abroad. He has skied from the top of the Grand Teton (twice), Mount Rainier, and Denali, and summitted 6,000+ meter peaks in the Himalaya. He loves skiing, hiking, running, and rock climbing, and knows what it takes to accomplish long-term goals, as well as the aches and pains of constant physical activity.
Iain has a passion for fitness and can’t wait to work with you towards achieving all of your personal goals! These could include sports performance goals (like climbing the Grand Teton), weight loss, muscle building, returning to exercise after an injury, and more. Iain offers both in person, 1-on-1 personal training and customized training plans tailored to your schedule, or a combination of both to set you up for success.
