Chiropractic for Golfers

The swing itself is a blend of explosiveness and grace that places a great deal of stress on the body.  As such, there are certain precautions that must be taken to avoid these overuse, repetitive stress-based musculoskeletal injuries.  Hip and shoulder mobility is supremely important, as is core stability.  We excel at identifying and correcting motion dysfunction through functional movement analysis, Active Release Techniques, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, the chiropractic adjustment and exercise prescription.
